d. Bregenz (Vorarlberg), Dec. 24, 1992, businessman, father of 
Guenther  Rhomberg. Trained in structural and civil engineering, from 
1938 self-employed managing partner in several construction companies, 
official in professional associations and writer of technical 
literature on construction and traffic.
