Rodl, River, Upper Austria, northern tributary of the  Danube, River 
in the Muehlviertel Region. Near Rottenegg (276 m) the Grosse 
Rodl river (rises north of Bad Leonfelden, 750 m) is joined by 
the Kleine Rodl river (rises near Waxenberg, 748 m) to form the 
Rodl river, which empties into the Danube west of Ottensheim 
(270 m).
