Rosner, Leopold (pseudonym: Hohenmarkt), b. Budapest, Hungary (then Pest), May 21, 1838, 
d. Vienna, July 23, 1903, writer, actor, bookseller and publisher, 
father of Karl  Rosner; after an acting career worked as a bookseller 
from 1861, later also publisher and owner of the company "L. Rosner" 
(from 1874), specializing in theatre literature; published the "Neue 
Wiener Theater-Repertoire". Made his name as a translator and writer 
of farces.
