(FPOe). 1980-96 restaurant keeper in Graz. 1993-94 member of the 
Municipal Council of Graz, 1994-98 member of the ''Nationalrat'', 
1998-2000 City Councillor in Graz; since 2000 State Secretary for 
Tourism in the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour.
