Rotenberg, Stella, b. Vienna, March 27, 1916, author. 
Studied medicine in Vienna until 1939, then emigrated to the 
Netherlands and Great Britain. Began writing at this time; became a 
British citizen in 1946. Published poetry and short prose in the 
German language. Awarded the Theodor Kramer Prize in 2001.
