!!!Rothwald

Rothwald (Rotwald), a primeval forest located between the upper Ybbs 
valley and the Lassingbach stream on the Lower Austrian-Styrian 
border. Made up of a "Greater Forest" and a "Lesser Forest", the 
Rothwald forms the main part of a forest reserve comprising 600 
hectares, beginning at an altitude of 900 m and extending to the 
summit of Duerrenstein Mountain (1,878 m).
