Salzer, Matthaeus, b. Vienna, Jan. 11, 1799, d. Vienna, 
Aug. 4, 1878, industrialist. Expanded the printing works of the  
Salzer family into a factory and in 1866 bought the Carl Ueberreuter 
printing house in Vienna.
