Salzerbad, Lower Austria, alt. 463 m, small health resort in 
the Halbachtal Valley, in the municipality of Kleinzell, district of 
Lilienfeld, in the Lower Austrian pre-Alps. - Brine spring, first 
documented mention in the 17%%sup th/%  century, since then salt 
mining. In 1887 construction of a spa centre, today health resort and 
Salzerbad seminar hotel.
