Wurde vor allem durch seine Wiener Veduten ("Collection de 50 vues de la ville de Vienne", 1779ff.) bekannt, die er gemeinsam mit [Johann Andreas Ziegler|AEIOU/Ziegler,_Johann_Andreas] und [Laurenz Janscha|AEIOU/Janscha,_Laurenz] im Verlag [Artaria|AEIOU/Artaria] veröffentlichte; daneben schuf er auch Porträts, Allegorien sowie Mode- und Schlachtenbilder in Kupferstichtechnik.
