b. Vienna, Dec. 23, 1923. Actor and journalist. 1949-2000 worked in 
broadcasting (Rot-Weiss-Rot broadcasting company, Austrian 
broadcasting corporation ORF). Became known for his jazz programmes 
and programmes on the history of light music ("Schellacks").
