Agency Implied-in-fact, right of a spouse who runs the common 
household and has no income to represent the partner in legal 
transactions of daily life pertinent to the household and appropriate 
to the standard of living of the spouse. The non-acting spouse acts as 
counterparty. If it is not apparent to the counterparty from the 
circumstances that the acting spouse represents the partner, both 
spouses are jointly responsible.
