Schmoele, Otto, b. Frankfurt am Main (Germany), Feb. 23, 1890, 
d. Mondsee (Upper Austria), April 12, 1968. Kammerschauspieler. 
1910/11 first engagement in Koblenz, 1911-1914 at the Hoftheater 
Mannheim, then in Vienna; 1920-1924 and 1938-1967 at the Burgtheater, 
1925/26 at theatres under M. Reinhardt's management, 1926-1938 at the 
Volkstheater and at the Theater in der Josefstadt in Vienna. From 1921 
also film roles.
