b. Linz (Upper Austria), April 28, 1933. Actor (Staatsschauspieler). 
After his training at the Reinhardt Seminar and his debut at the 
Theater in der Josefstadt in Vienna has been a versatile star in 
German theatres since 1954 (engagements in Duesseldorf, Bonn, Munich 
and Berlin); guest performances in Austria (among others the devil in 
"Jedermann" - "Everyman" at the Salzburg Festival).
