d. Vienna, April 19, 1955. Inventor and industrialist, son of the 
founder of the "R. S. & Co." Company (1892); 1929-1955 director of the 
steel works in Vienna, inventor of Torsteel, twisted steel bars of 
deformed rounds, commonly used in reinforced concrete constructions 
(patents 1935/36).
