!!!Schuselka, Franz

b. Cěske Budějovice, Czech Republic (then Budweis), Aug. 15, 1811, 
d. Gainfarn (Lower Austria), Sept. 1, 1886. Liberal politician, law 
scholar, journalist and writer. In 1842 went to Germany because of 
censorship in Austria, after his return was spokesman of the liberals 
in the Frankfurt Parliament and the Kremsier Imperial Diet; Chairman 
of the security committee in Vienna in 1849, Member of the Austrian 
Reichsrat in 1861. First President of the writers' association 
Concordia, very popular. His style of dressing influenced the fashion 
of the time (beard, hat, bracelets à la S.).
