Seeboden, Carinthia, municipality in the district of Spittal an der 
Drau, alt. 618 m, pop. 5,673, area 44.39 km%%sup 2/%, 
climatic health and bathing resort (582,245 overnight stays in 1992) 
at the western end of Lake Millstatt. - International soft toys and 
comics museum with a soft toys zoo, event centre on the lake with 
garden for outdoor festivities, nature park, flower park and Klinger 
Park (named after Baron Klinger), Seebach youth centre, Kinderfreunde 
recreation centre, international massage school; water works; 
machine-engineering industry, bed clothes and bed linen manufacturers, 
wood processing industry. - Gothic parish church with late-Gothic 
winged altar (around 1500) in Lieseregg, church of St. Lorenz with 
medieval bells in Lieserhofen.
