Sengsengebirge Mountains, Upper Austria, mountain range with steep 
southward slope in the Limestone pre-Alps between Teichlbach, the 
upper reaches of the River Steyr and the Krumme Steyrling river; Hohe 
Nock Mountain (1,963 m). The densely forested Reichraminger 
Hintergebirge Mountains are situated southwest of the Sengsengebirge 
Mountains; nature reserve since 1976; mountain refuge: Feichtauhuette 
(1,360 m).
