Sipoetz, Johann, b. Pamhagen (Burgenland), Oct. 10, 1941, teacher 
and politician (Austrian Social Democratic Party, SPOe). 1974-1984 and 
since 1991 member of the Landtag of Burgenland, 1984-1987 Landesrat, 
1987-1991 Landeshauptmann of Burgenland and Provincial Party Chairman 
of SPOe Burgenland; 1993-2000 2nd President of the Landtag.
