SkiData AG,  originally established in 1977, known as Skidata Computer 
GmbH until 1997; company specialised in developing, manufacturing and 
selling hardware and software, as well as ticket and electronic entry 
control systems (ski-lifts, parking garages, toll stations, trade 
fairs). Headquarters in Gartenau bei Salzburg, marketing and service 
subsidiaries in several European countries and the USA. Turnover 
amounted to ATS 1.0 billion in 1999, workforce: 330, export 
share: 76 %.
