Sonnleithner, Leopold von, b. Vienna, Nov. 15, 1797, 
d. Vienna, March 4, 1873, lawyer. Son of Ignaz v.  
Sonnleithner. Active member of the Gesellschaft der  Musikfreunde in 
Wien and collector of pieces of music (estate in the archives of the 
Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde); gave his support esp. to F.  Schubert, 
was a friend of F.  Grillparzer, of Anna  Froehlich, Barbara Froehlich 
and Kataharina  Froehlich as well as of  Josephine  Froehlich and 
M. von  Schwind.
