Spitzmueller-Harmersbach, Alexander, b. Vienna, Feb. 22, 1894, 
d. Paris (France), Nov. 12, 1962, composer, originally studied 
law. Student of A.  Berg. From 1928 in Paris, 1946-1953 director of 
the French radio programmes for Austria and Germany; representative of 
the twelve-tone school.
