of Stoelzle AG with Oberglas AG in 1978. Facilities in Altnagelberg 
and Poechlarn (Lower Austria), Koeflach, Baernbach and Voitsberg 
(Styria) and in Vienna. Majority shareholder is the 
Creditanstalt-Bankverein bank. Turnover in 1993: ATS 878 million; 670 
employees.
