St. Oswald-Moederbrugg, Styria, municipality in the district of 
Judenburg, alt. 915 m, pop. 1,336, area 56.27 km%%sup 2/%, 
situated in the Poelstal valley. Located within the municipality is 
the village of  Unterzeiring. - Two district heating plants, 
electricity plant (private); cardboard factory, summer tourism resort. 
- Late Gothic parish church (around 1468-1476) with a beautiful Rococo 
pietà, richly ornamented Rococo pulpit and painting by J. 
Lederwasch (1804); presbytery (1736-1739) with an oil painting (1790) 
by M. J. Schmidt.
