d. Prague (Czech Republic), July 8, 1745, financial expert. 1698-1700 
Vice-President, 1703-1715 President of the Court Chamber, 1706-1745 
President of the Ministerial Bank Deputation, from 1712 member of the 
Privy Conference, from 1716 of the Privy Financial Conference. 
Extremely knowledgeable about state finances at the time of the 
Spanish War of Succession, had tremendous political influence under  
Karl  VI.
