Statzendorf ist eine Wohngemeinde mit Gewerbe an der Fladnitz. Urkundlich wird Statzendorf erstmals 1188 erwähnt.

Sehenswert sind unter anderem:

* Spätbarocke Pfarrkirche (Umbau 1880), Pfarrhof (erbaut 1796) und späthistoristische Bahnhof (um 1900)

* Kuffern: Barock veränderte Kirche mit romaninschem Kern, Glocke von 1550
* Rottersdorf: Im Kern romanisch, im 17. Jh. umgebaute Kirche mit Barockeinrichtung, Gemälde von M. J. Schmidt (2. Hälfte 18. Jh.).
