Stummvoll, Guenter, b. Vienna, March 3, 1943, studied business 
sciences, politician (Austrian People´s Party, OeVP). From 1966 
at the Vereinigung Oesterreichischer Industrieller (Federation of 
Austrian Industry); from 1974 head of the department for Social 
Policy; 1991-2000 Secretary-General of the Federal (Austrian) Chamber 
of Trade and Commerce. 1988-1991 Staatssekretaer at the Federal 
Ministry of Finance, 1980-1983 member of the Nationalrat.
