b. Vienna, Feb. 22, 1902, 
d. Rottenmann (Styria), May 7, 1986, figure skater, niece of E.  
Engelmann Junior. Gold medal winner at the Olympic Games in Chamonix 
in 1924; 7 times world champion. 1925 and 1927 pair-skating world 
champion with L. Wrede, who later became president of the Austrian 
Association of Ice Skaters.
