d. Scheibbs (Lower Austria), April 27, 1872, industrialist. Founded 
the sheetmetal rolling mills at Krems (1808) and Gmeingrube (1817) 
both in Styria and in 1820-1823 the rolling mill in Neubruck near 
Scheibbs and the ironworks in Kienberg in Lower Austria; 1821-1840 
various privileges.
