!!!Tapisseriensammlung

Tapestry Collection, since 1922 part of the Kunsthistorisches Museum
in Vienna. It consists of works from workshops in France and the
Netherlands and, alongside the collections in Madrid and Paris, ranks
among the most important tapestry collections in the world in terms of
artistic value and size (about 900 gobelins). Some of the tapestries
are still used as furnishings in offices and prestigious function
rooms in the Hofburg and Schoenbrunn Palaces.
