Staatssekretaer of Transport and Nationalized Industry, 1967-1975 
chairman of the supervisory board of the Austrian Industry Group OeIG 
(now OeIAG), 1975-1979 ( Oesterreichische Volkspartei, OeVP) party 
chairman at federal level, 1975-1991 member of the Nationalrat; 
economics expert of the OeVP; from 1989 entrepreneur (Management Trust 
Holding AG).
