centre of the Gesellschaft Oesterreichischer Kinderdoerfer (Austrian 
Federation of Children´s Villages) in Steinberg, observatory, 
Grottenhof-Hart agricultural trade school; wood processing, production 
of paints and lacquers, - Parish church (18%%sup th/%  century); 
extensions by E. Fuchs (1992-1994), castle (first mentioned in 1322, 
alterations in 1563, 17%%sup th/%  and 19%%sup th/%  centuries) in 
Oberthal; castle ruin (13%%sup th/%  - 14%%sup th/%  century) in 
Unterthal.
