b. Vienna, May 3, 1939, radio and TV manager. 1966 joined the Austrian 
broadcasting corporation  ORF, from 1986 head of the ORF legal 
division. 1973 changed to the IPA company (general agent for the RTL 
company in Germany), 1982 director of the German RTL programme, from 
1984 also of RTLplus. 1991-1998 exclusive manager of the German TV 
station RTL.
