!!!Thonradel, Adelsgeschlecht

Thonradel, noble family from Salzburg. There is evidence that they 
lived in Lower Austria as influential civil servants around 1510. The 
T. family owned Thernberg and Ebergassing; they were fervent 
Protestants. Georg Christoph T. emigrated to Germany for religious 
reasons in 1653 after Andreas II  Thonradel had already left the 
country; from then on the family ceased to exist in Austria. 
Gravestones with the family coat of arms are to be found in the parish 
church of Thernberg.
