Trinkl, Hannes, b. Rossleithen (Upper Austria), Feb. 1, 
1968, racing skier. Competitor in the World Cup since 1991; won a 
bronze medal in downhill at the 1998 Olympic Games in Nagano; world 
champion in downhill in St. Anton in 2001.
