d. Vienna, March 18, 1962, author of books for children and young 
people. From 1923 to 45 teacher at the Institute of Education in 
Vienna. Wrote classics of children's literature with her sensitive and 
vividly told stories like "Die Schneemaenner", 1930; "In der Heimat 
der Blumen", 1931; "Der kleine Peter in der Katzenstadt", 1934.

Die 9 Kegel, 1931; Hannerl in der Pelzstadt, 1941; Putzi und Bauxi,
