Unter-Sankt-Veit, part of Vienna's 13%%sup th/%  district ( Hietzing) 
since 1890/92, developed from a settlement of gardeners, dyers and 
printers on the site of "Goteinsfeld" (documented mention 1015, 
later abandoned) at the beginning of the 19%%sup th/%  century. Chapel 
of ease (1864) with Baroque high altar.
