Vintler, Hans, b. 2nd half of the 14th century, 
d. 1419, Middle High German didactic poet of Patrician lineage from 
Bozen/Bolzano (South Tyrol), senior court official, senior civil 
servant and envoy of the Duke of Tyrol to Venice. Around 1411 wrote a 
tract in verse after the Italian "Fiori di virtu" (Flowers of Virtue) 
by Tommaso Leoni (around 1300) in Runkelstein Palace.
