Sisters of Vorau, Kongregation der Schwestern der Unbefleckten 
Empfaengnis (Congregation of the Sisters of the Immaculate 
Conception), women´s religious order founded in 1865 by B. 
Sicharter, recognised by the Roman Catholic church in 1928. It is 
chiefly devoted to geriatric care and the care of sick persons; 
private hospital in Vorau, old people´s home in Hartberg, filial 
branch in Graz.
