personal lifestyles (balanced diet, sensible balance between work and 
recreation) and the use of public health care services (such as 
vaccinations against tick-borne encephalitis, influenza and tetanus, 
regular medical screening). The object is to encourage healthy 
individuals to take appropriate precautions and to identify diseases 
in the earliest possible stages.
