!!!Waffenrecht
Weapons Legislation, laid down in the Weapons Act of 1996, aimed at
preventing the misuse of weapons; it covers firearms, swords, daggers,
knives, etc. and ammunition, prohibits certain types of weapons (e.g.
weapons that can be dismantled, knuckleduster, etc.) and limits and
licenses the possession, import, sale, purchase and carrying of
weapons. Other acts that include provisions concerning weapons are the
Beschussgesetz (testing of firearms act) and the Kriegsmaterialgesetz
(war materials act).
