Wagner, Robert, b. Vienna, April 20, 1915, composer and 
conductor. 1945-1951 conductor of the Mozarteum Orchestra in Salzburg, 
from 1947 teacher; 1951-1961 general music director in Muenster, 
1960-1966 music director in Innsbruck, 1965-1971 president of the 
Mozarteum and taught there from 1965-1972.

Symphony works, concertos, chamber music, music for wind 
choirs, stage music.
