Wallner, Viktor, b. Vienna, Dec. 10, 1922. Politician involved in 
education and culture, teacher in adult education, grammar school 
headmaster. 1965-1988 Mayor of Baden (Lower Austria), which he 
reestablished as an important health resort. 1974-1983 member of the 
Landtag of Lower Austria. Has also worked as a writer.
