Walter, Robert, b. Vienna, Jan. 30, 1931, law expert. Became 
a judge in 1957; from 1960 professor of constitutional law at the 
University of Vienna; 1965 university professor in Graz; from 1975 
professor at the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law 
of the University of Vienna. Awarded the Austrian Decoration for 
Science and Art in 1998.
