Weikertschlag an der Thaya, Lower Austria, village in the district of 
Waidhofen an der Thaya, alt. 434 m, situated on the Maehrische 
(Moravian) Thaya/Dyje, close to the Czech border, cadastral district 
of the municipality of  Raabs an der Thaya. - Department of the 
Customs Police. - Parish church (with Romanesque core, renovated after 
1659 and 1755) with Baroque interior and late-Gothic carving; castle 
ruin (12%%sup th/%  century); pillory (1735).
