Wine Brotherhood (Weinbruderschaft), association of wine lovers aiming 
at maintaining and cultivating knowledge and understanding of fine 
wines. In Austria the Wine Brotherhood of Krems an der Donau has 
existed since 1970, the Austrian Wine Brotherhood since 1971 as well 
as various others. The same goals are pursued by the associations of 
the "Burgenland-Pannonische Weinritter" and the 
"Weinschwestern".
