Wiesmath, Lower Austria, market town in the district of Wiener 
Neustadt, alt. 695 m, pop. 1,631, area 38,56 km%%sup 2/%, 
situated in the east of the Bucklige Welt Hills. - Holiday and 
recreation area. - Parish church, former fortified church (early 
14th%%sup  /%century) with vaults (1498) and Gothic southern tower; 
Rococo interior, former Gothic ossuary. Annaberg filial church, 
late-Gothic construction (1509), damaged in 1945, extended in 1956; 
farmstead museum.
