5fache österreichische Meisterin; ab 1985 Profisportlerin, siegte sie bei den Tennisturnieren in Aix-en-Provence (1988), Arcachon (1989) und Straßburg (1992). 1990 stand Wiesner im Finale des Turniers von Key Biscayne und rückte damit an die 13. Stelle der Weltrangliste; 1996 als 1. Österreicherin im Viertelfinale von Wimbledon und der US-Open. Beendete 1997 ihre Tenniskarriere und war von 1999-2004 Funktionärin der ÖVP in Salzburg.
