!!!Wiestal

Wiestal valley, province of Salzburg, northeastern lateral valley of 
the  Salzach, River in the Tennengau Region, drained by the Almbach 
stream. It leads from Lake  Hintersee (alt. 688 m) through the 
Strubklamm Gorge and a horseshoe bend to the Wiestal Reservoir (alt. 
561 m) and joins the Salzachtal Valley near Hallein (alt. 
461 m).
