Damage Caused by Game, defined as damage done by game to unharvested 
crop, to grazing areas, community pastures and to trees; holders of a 
hunting license are obliged to pay compensatory damages to the injured 
party; depending upon each case, judgements are rendered by a special 
public authority similar to an arbitration tribunal. Damage is mainly 
done to vineyards, fruit crops, special crops (sunflower, soybean), 
sugar-beet and forests.
