b. Bludenz (Vorarlberg), Jan. 7, 1956, composer. Studied school music 
and theology in Innsbruck, composition at the Salzburg "Mozarteum" 
College of Music with H.  Eder and B. Schaeffer. Wrote several 
commissioned works, e.g. for the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and for 
the festival "Wien modern" ("Froschmaeusekrieg", 1989); had gained an 
international reputation at an early stage.

concertos, mass (commissioned work for the Vienna Boys' Choir)
